The Social Network (2010). Dir: David Fincher

Summary: a biographical film about the founding of the social networking site facebook and the resulting lawsuits.

Oh Fincher how you let me down. You do awesome thrillers (Se7en/Zodiac) but this drama/biography rubbish is just uncomfortable. The writing is over complicated like a techie version of dawsons creek. It is impossible to have any sympathy for Zuckerburg and you have just wasted Justin Timberland because really that boy can act when directed correctly.
The music is intrusive and the only technical aspect I was in pressed with was the fact that the twins were played by the same actor. Andrew Garfield seemed to be the only one who bothered to come to work on this film, I found his journey the most interesting and his character seemed the most well rounded.
Overall: Really why bother? 1 out of 5.
